Our company is located in Tri-Cities, Washington. We provide driving instruction to businesses and to adult and teen drivers. Our experienced driving instructors are police officers with over 20 years of experience as driving instructors. Our goal is to provide drivers with the necessary tools to become more instinctive behind the wheel; replacing poor driving habits with good ones enabling them to avoid or manage crashes. Instinctive drivers stand a much greater chance of avoiding or managing a crash.

Our police driving instructors are not only police officers, but are police driving instructors with over 20 years as driving instructors. Our goal is to provide the drivers (teen and all drivers) with the necessary tools to become more instinctive behind the wheel, replacing poor driving habits with good ones enabling them to avoid or manage crashes. Instinctive drivers stand a much greater chance of avoiding or managing a crash.

The primary emphasis of our driving training is "hands-on" driving experience in real-world situations. We use your vehicles and my Skid Control car to teach you about handling limits and how you can control them.

During the events, students will maneuver vehicles through exercises laid out using orange traffic safety cones in a closed parking lot. They will experience each exercise element several times, in order to learn from their mistakes and to improve their skills. One of my Police Driving Instructors will accompany each driver to provide real-time feedback while performing maneuvers. There is no stopwatch, nor head-to-head competition with other vehicles. The students are here to improve their skills, not to compare themselves with someone else.

All exercises are low-speed events and my driving instructor is in the student's vehicle at all times during these exercises. This is not a course for learning how to drive at high speeds. Safety and vehicle control are the objectives. Safety is number “ONE”.

With these skills students will become more observant of the traffic situation they find themselves in while driving. They will learn to look far enough ahead to anticipate unwise actions of other drivers. They will understand why they should always wear their seat belts and why they should insist that their passengers wear seat belts, too.
